This development delivers 26 new apartments in the north of Edinburgh.  The site was brownfield waste ground which attracted ant-social behaviour within this well established existing neighbourhood.  This influenced a key part of the design to maximise passive surveillance over the surrounding areas and to achieve Secured by Design accreditation alongside close collaboration with the local community and police.  Images courtesy of Barton Willmore.
