In November, SBA organised and held 2 community consultation events for our New Alyth residential project, on behalf of client A & J Stephens.  The project is set to deliver 55 new homes, including 14 affordable, with a Planning Application due for submission in early 2024.  SBA also produced an online consultation portal as part of this service, which provided further valuable feedback from the local community.
