NEWS: Aug 2023 - Planning approved
August brought great news in the form of a significant planning approval for our Westquarter residential project. This project delivers 17 new affordable homes, a mix of 3 storey apartments and 2 storey houses, on a brownfield site in the heart of the existing village of Westquarter.
This is one of the first residential projects in Falkirk to have succesfully achieved planning consent whilst proposing a lower level of car parking provision from Falkirk Councils standards. This required careful negotiation with Falkirk Planning and their roads team, with the priority being on a pedestrian focussed streetscape.
